Rachel was born and raised in Berlin in 1993.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in “Sound and Music Production” in Darmstadt, she went on to attend the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, where she graduated in 2023 with a diploma in Film Sound Engineering.

She had the opportunity to contribute to numerous productions that were showcased at festivals such as the Berlinale, the Toronto International Film Festival, the Venice Biennale, the First Steps Award, the Max Ophüls Prize, and in Clermont-Ferrand.

She feels right at home in post-production with editing and mixing, as well as working as a location sound mixer.

From feature films to animation and advertising, she is captivated by finding ways to bring images to life through sound.

5.1 Pro Tools edit with common plugins, Avid S1, synthesizers, instruments, and more. Small recording setup with MixPre 6 II
