In 2012 Azadeh Zandieh decided to dedicate herself professionally to moving images. In the beginning, she worked for two years as a permanent sound engineer in a post production studio for commercial projects and audio books (2012-14). Since 2014, Azadeh is working as a freelance sound designer and re-recording mixer. She is responsible for many nominated and award-winning movies that were screened at international festivals (e.g. Filmfest Dresden 2017, 2018, Semaine de la Critique Cannes 2017, Berlinale 2016, DokLeipzig 2015, 2016, 2018, Achtung Berlin 2015, 2017, 2018). For the short film Love (dir: Oliver Adam Kusio, 2018) she was nominated at FilmFest Dresden 2018 for best sound design. Azadeh also works since 2014 as a sound mixer for documentaries, image films and short films. She also composes and produces film scores.

Own Equipment: Editing Suite, Pro Tools Ultimate, 5.1 monitoring system, diverse plug-ins, extensive sound library, recording equipment
