Zofia Moruś graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw in 2010. She completed scholarships at the Film University in Babelsberg and at the University of Art in Berlin. As a sound engineer and sound designer, she has worked with Andrzej Wajda, Jacek Borcuch, David Wnendt, Uli Gerhardt, Greg Zglinski, Paweł Łoziński, Janusz Kamiński, Sławomir Idziak, and others. Since 2017, she has been teaching in the sound department of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. Zofia worked successfully on many Polish and international feature film productions, but her great passion is documentary filmmaking. She has travelled with documentary crews all over the world. For her, working in extreme conditions is a great challenge and a source of excitement. Zofia is an amateur triathlete, and lately she started to develop her new passion as a climber.
