As a sound assistant and sound engineer, Eeva works on feature films, documentaries, short films, art films and television productions. She has experience internationally and enjoys documentary film productions.
Eeva has practice in using parabolic microphones, which are suitable for animal voices or sounds from further distances in general.
One focus of her artistic work is on field recording, which she records with different systems (AB, MS, OKM, parabolic mirror microphone…).
In 2020, Eeva was nominated by the Hessian Ministry of Science and the Arts in the category Sound/Sound Design – Young Talent.
2021 “Die Kafka-Konferenz” by Tobias Sauer won the Hessian Film and Cinema Award in the category “Best University Graduation Film”, with original sound and sound design by Eeva.
The film “Die Klohexe” by Joey Arand, for which she did sound design, won the Golden Hercules in 2021
